Good news! We received a Grading Permit from the City of Sparks. It is not the Building Permit but it allows us to begin preparations
Sierra Builders will clean the site of vegetation, move the fire hydrant, grade the land and prepare and compact the pad for the building. This will take about two weeks but we will finally see some actual progress!!
We are still waiting for the Building Permit from the City of Sparks.
